Citizenship By DNA Mar 04

One of the easiest ways to gain citizenship into the United States is by showing evidence that you are already a U.S. citizen because your parents or grandparents had U.S. citizenship. The humorous aspect of immigration is that each year, there are score of people who begin the long process and later learn that because their parent or grandparents were either born in the U.S. or became U.S. residents, they are already U.S. citizens themselves. However, depending upon your circumstances and the laws at the time, you might still be need a Certified and Notarized Birth Certificate Translation and other forms of identification that can provide the evidence that shows that you are who you say.

There are also a number of ways of obtaining U.S. citizenship that are even unfamiliar to those who think they know everything. Like other articles that we release, this one will further identify some opportunities to exploit on your path to United States immigration. To the bewilderment of some, there is a good number of people who live outside the United States and don’t realize it. The key to U.S. citizenship is having U.S. citizens in your direct line of ancestry. Did you know that even if you were born in another country, like Franch, and your ancestors, while American, have not lived there for many years, you could still be a U.S. citizen? For this example, all that might need to be done is a little research, a call to immigration and an e-mail to a French Translation Services company.

In another instance, there are individuals who are surprised to learn that while they were born in the U.S. but spent most of the life elsewhere, are still citizens in most cases. Lets take the case of a baby that was born in San Francisco, California and then shortly after birth moved to Moscow, Russian for 35 years. So while these people haven’t voted, run for office, attended school or even serviced in the military, they are still residents of the United States. The only necessity is that the person find a Russian Translator company that conducts certifications of identification records and accurate and any other form of id that could be asked for the United States.

Some questions can arise at times that might require a Legal Translation company with specialization in immigration law. For instance, what happens to interested individuals who were born “Out of Wedlock” to a U.S. citizen father? Things can get tricky here. This could ultimately boil down to the connection that exists between you and your U.S. parent. Interestingly, the laws that apply at the time might determine that you are illegitimate and that means that you have no recognized father and thus are not given citizenship. In future writings, you will learn that if this scenario applies to you then certain actions by your father might need to be taken to legitimize your request for citizenship. Basically, legitimation laws require a parent to give a legal identify the child as their own.
